A. We do not repair malfunctioning or defective electronic components. Please contact a factory authorized or local service facility for repairs.

Q. Why Doesn't My System Work?

A. There are many possible system connection-related problems that can cause things to not work - intermittant, broken, inappropriate or missing cables and or connectors, improper set-up, low or no signal, incorrect system settings and operator error, to name a few. Please call for an appointment and we'll check things out for you.
